With winter behind us and the warmer weather of spring beginning to shine, is it time for you to start stepping out doors each day, spending more time in nature.

One of the single biggest benefits to stepping out doors is optimising your circadian rhythm. This is the day night clock of the cells of the body. The role of the circadian rhythm is to set what functions the cells should be performing at what time of the day or night.

This means you can see improved sleep quality, digestive function, a strengthened immune system, balanced hormones, increased energy production and improved moods and mental health.

The list of benefits is long and it seems to simply come from something that nature provides you for free. If you choose to make a priority change towards stepping out doors back into nature each day, as you were designed to do, you may just see that you will thrive under the sun instead of wilting in an indoor cave.
