To know better is to do better!
To not know natures rules for optimising health does not allow you to escape the consequences that comes from breaking them. As I wrote last week, nature does not care what you know it cares what you do. Ignorance is no excuse when it comes to health as there is no dress rehearsal win life. If not living a life challenged by illness, symptoms and disease but living a life of thriving health then what are the steps we all can take to align with natures rules for health to shine?
Rebuilding robust health and living a life without fear can begin by strengthening your circadian rhythm through 3 steps as I see it.
Step 1 is getting back to natures requirements of being outdoors, barefoot as often as possible where practical. At sunrise would be best despite the inconvenience of its hour especially for those who are challenged by sleep conditions like insomnia or who are strong night owls. But even if this is you being outdoors barefoot and getting some AM sunlight when you do awake is still vital.
Step 2 you will also need to add sunlight at other times of the day, from sunrise and AM sunlight to midday to Sunset. Sunlight varies in its composition as the day goes on and you were designed to need each part of it. This is from the non visible infrared of sunrise building through to the visible light containing all the frequency colours of the rainbow spectrum and the non visible ultraviolet when the sun is 30 degrees
above the horizon then back to the higher infrared of sunset. All frequencies of sunlight are essential for optimal function and allowing hormone cascades to be built and released through the day and into the night. These all play a role in allowing your health to thrive.
Step 3 could be the most difficult for many to embrace but lastly you will need to embrace that technology after dark is harming you, any artificial light at night (ALAN) especially from LED sources of modern screens and overhead lights in our homes are harmful to health. This mainly is due to LED lacking the balance of the full spectrum of frequencies the sun emits and that at night the body requires darkness as par
of the repair, rest and reset to cells, tissues, organs and systems of the brain and body.
The EMF from WiFi and mobiles phones is problematic too in disrupting how cells ability to build and transfer energy. We have outsmarted ourselves with all this amazing technology we have built, enjoy and rely upon every day.
As we can probably not escape all the nnEMF pollution we have created on our planet just by p
utting down our phones and turning off the lights (but it is a good place to start) because there are now 1000’s of satellites in space above our heads and mobile phone repeater towers every 100 mtrs throughout our city. This only makes it more important that we get the basics right of being barefoot and grounded as often as possible, being outdoors watching sunrise and optimising our circadian rhythm with sunlight during the day followed by having darker nights to get quality sleep.
These are the free foundations of your health in the modern world especially one bathed in blue light frequency technology.
It is the inconvenient truth that maintaining good health in this modern technologically driven world will take more effort and embracing things that seem challenging but underpin the foundation to good health. Chronic illness and degenerative conditions are on the rise and occurring at younger and younger ages. Modern medicine has not and if it remains with the same level of thinking will not be able to drug people out of this crisis. Only you embracing the inconvenient steps of grounding, sunlight and minimising technology after dark will lead you to the promised land of good health.
As we know better, we can embrace the inconvenience and do better at not breaking natures rules for good health. It may just change the course of your health and all of those around you.
