Light determines health

The patterns within the brain and the balance of the nervous system develop based on the lifestyle you repeat.

For optimal quality of life through an optimal functioning brain patterns requires at a very foundational level, optimal light exposure. Science calls this circadian biology and the health of a persons circadian rhythm will support or impact every system and its function in the body.

The brain and nervous system function is there for you to perceive your world and respond to it. The cardiovascular system is there to nourish the brain and body. Then both of these systems just like support, sustain and maintain every other system of the body; the immune, digestive, hormonal, reproductive, musculoskeletal, psychological and elimination systems.

When you are not being exposed to the correct light environment (sunlight) this puts the brain and body under undue stress. It is missing out on an essential nutrient – sunlight. Man made lights are suboptimal for the body to function under and cannot replace all the aspects that sunlight provides. Think of it this way, not getting in the sun daily is creating a deficiency of an essential nutrient while being exposed to too much arterial light, especially after dark is toxic to the brain and body.

images-2One of the major aspects of the body that is impacted by this is a vital part of every cell and this is your mitochondria> They are the engines within the cells that produce the energy required to power all functions.

This means that for optimal health, along side your regular chiropractic adjustments to optimise brain patterns and nervous system balance, balancing sunlight exposure throughout each day, whether cloudy or not is vital. This should be followed by darkness at night which means less light stimulation once the sun has set.

Every part of health can be helped or hindered through light. Optimal quality of life requires sunlight daily otherwise the longterm consequences are the chronic health epidemic we find ourselves in in the first 25yrs of this century.
