Do you dream of being healthier?

Discipline: build the mindset and will to do the things that will support your dream

Routine: create and stick to a routine that supports your dream becoming a reality

Educate: get yourself educated on the important things that will improve your health

Action: take action each day with the discipline and routine to make that dream a reality

Mentality: Develop a growth mentality, that each day you are willing to learn and apply new knowledge

The 4 areas of health I would recommend people educate themself in is:

1. Circadian Rhythm – sunlight/darkness

2. Movement

3. Mindset: the role of joy, love & relaxation 

4. Eat locally grown/raised foods
