What does quality of life mean to you? Are you happy to just live pain free or do you want to function at your peak so you can enjoy and express life to its fullest each and every day?
The reality is that the choice is yours. How you want to experience life and what you want to get out of it, is only limited by your knowledge, imagination and energy you wish to invest into making it happen.
From my perspective, health impacts everything you do and everyone you know. Choosing to make it a high priority in life through widening your knowledge and implementing healthier lifestyle choices should be important.
It can be easy to get swept up in the hustle and bustle of modern life, only seeking out the quick fix or suppressing symptoms with the latest wonder drug. Unfortunately nature doesn’t allow you to cut corners on the fundamentals of health for too long until it will leak out as a greater health crisis.
As far as we know, you only get one chance at this life. Is living a high quality of life important enough to you to do the fundamentals for building health? This may mean not conforming to all the thinking and choices people in modern life are making so you don’t become part of the current rising statistics of chronic health issues.
Implementing the tried and tested fundamentals for good health may not only add quality of life to your years, it may just add years to your quality of life.
