We all could be unknowingly doing things daily that are harming our health but would knowing about it lead to change? What if it was inconvenient to your modern lifestyle?
Every time we wear synthetic materials in socks and shoes separating us from walking directly connected on the ground and every time we are indoors under artificial LED lights we cause pollution to the energy transfer required to power the functions of every cell in your body. This has a negative impact on our innate ability to be healthy.
Without the appropriate level of energy the brain will rob other energy rich tissues within the body in order to prioritise the brain’s demands. The two key tissues it steals from first is the heart and the kidneys. This may account for why cardiovascular events are still the leading killer worldwide today through heart attacks and strokes. When the kidneys are robbed of their energy, this alters chemistry in the blood and other fluids throughout the body, leading to effects in a persons metabolism, endocrine and hormonal functions. In some this could lead to irregular and/or painful periods, infertility issues, PCOS, or symptomatic and early perimenopause. A thyroid issue leads to metabolism issues (think uncontrolled inflammation, unexplained weight gain and poor stress handling). All of this because we are spending too much time indoors under artificial lights and walk around in synthetic socks and shoes! What’s the answer….. get your bare feet outside on the ground as often as possible, especially first thing in the morning.
This lack of ability to produce and transfer energy in the cells of the body can also impact the power of the chiropractic adjustment to assist optimisation of the brain and nervous system, which is the master coordinator of function throughout the body and to how you heal. No energy, no healing!
Many people have restored their health issues by simply walking barefoot on the beach in the sun several times a day! An AM walk, a walk in the middle of the day and maybe another on sunset. This is why retired neurosurgeon Dr Jack Kruse says, you can’t get better in the same environment that got you sick! If you want change, you need to change what you do. Change comes from what you know and how you apply it to your daily behaviours.
Ill health, sickness and disease is your body telling you that you are not living by the rules that your biology was designed to thrive by. This means if you don’t change it will only stay on a downward spiral with dire consequences.
Often regaining your innate health and ability to heal starts with surrendering the ego of modern human thinking. We think we can constantly break natures rules and get away with it or solve it with technology and/or man made synthetic drugs or surgery.
It appears to be a fact that nature doesn’t care what we think we know it only cares what we do. Doing the right things day in day out becomes the foundation to good health and it is rooted in nature. Getting up and outside at sunrise, barefoot on the earth each day would be optimal but if this is too inconvenient then being outside in some/any AM sunlight barefoot is a great place to start. It is a biological imperative to promote optimal energy production in cells of the body allowing for optimal function.
